We'll present you the daily work in the sales department from two perspectives. How a salesman carries out his tasks, how he works with his leads, sales opportunities and how does this relate to sales forecasts by the department manager. By combining CRM with Skilo we will show you how to manage the performance of the entire team in a friendly and transparent way and settle employees from implemented sales plans - all using Salesforce® technology. We will end the meeting with examples from implemented solutions that benefit from the combination of these two areas.

Robert Augustyniak
Robert is a co-creator of Skilo, a leading system for strategic management of HR processes, built on the Salesforce® platform. With the help of Skilo, Robert supports companies from various industries in focusing on effective management and employee development by improving and automating key HR processes in the organization.
Aleksandra Mroczek
Aleksandra Mroczek is a Sales Manager with over 18 years of experience and a strong track record in sales of enterprise software to companies of various sizes and sectors. During her professional life, she had the opportunity to work for the global IT technology leaders such as Microsoft and Oracle, as well as for the Polish fintech company. At Enxoo, she is focusing on new business development for Skilo - the HRM, employee development and performance management solution built on Salesforce® Platform, primarily on the US market.
Wojciech Gaura
Wojciech has many years of IT industry experience. For the last two years he has been working for Salesforce®, currently as a Solution Engineer his job is to build customisable demo solutions based on the Salesforce® Platform. Wojciech has a passion for all types of cloud technology and he has been constantly learning new things.
Krzysztof Augustynowicz
Krzysztof manages the sales team at Salesforce® in the CEE region. He joined Salesforce® 7 years ago and was one of the first Salesforce® employees in Poland. For seven years, he has been supporting Polish and Eastern European companies in the digital transformation process. Krzysztof earned a master's degree at the University of Bradford.
