With over 20 years in the telecommunications industry, Mattias Fridström can be considered a veteran – but his enthusiasm hasn’t faded.
Mattias combines expert knowledge with anecdotes from behind the scenes and deep insight into the networked economy: What are the challenges of tomorrow for network providers? How can we meet ever-increasing traffic demand and customer quality expectations within the same cost frame?
Mattias holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong, Australia. Since joining Telia in 1996, he has worked in a number of senior roles within Telia Carrier and most recently as CTO. Since July 2016 he is Telia Carriers Chief Evangelist.
Chief Commercial Officer
Artur has many years of general management and sales experience in an international environment predominantly within the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Enxoo, Artur worked at T-mobile as a Chief Commercial Officer responsible for the B2B market in Poland, and before that, held different positions at GTS Central Europe incl. Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Services, Head of Marketing and Head of International Wholesale.
Between 2000 and 2009, Artur spent 10 years at TeliaSonera International Carrier where he was managing regional operations for West Europe, Central & Eastern Europe as well as Asia.
In his career, Artur played instrumental roles in conducting a transformation andrestructuring telecommunication operations in multiple countries and regions. Artur has also driven a number of M&A activities successfully acquiring andintegrating infrastructure operators in various markets.
Artur holds a master's degree in Management from Warsaw University and later obtainedan Executive MBA from Warsaw University of Technology. Artur attended a numberof executive programs including those at Stanford University, IMD and London Business School.
Matthew Whalley is director and co-founder of Ilex Content Strategies, a global B2B marketing & communications agency.

Before founding Ilex, Matthew was European Technology Content Director at Edelman, the world’s largest Public Relations agency, and Editor of Capacity magazine. Throughout his career, he has served a diverse set of clients including Epsilon, Samsung, Motorola, HP, Juniper Networks, Tata Communications, PCCW Global, Orange Business Services, IBM i2 as well as many others.
